State Cyber Protection Center boosts technical capacities of the Vulnerability Detection and Cyber Incident and Cyberattack Response System

20.12.2023

As part of international technical assistance supported by the USAID Cybersecurity for Critical Infrastructure in Ukraine Activity, the SSSCIP State Cyber Protection Center is now able to expand functionality of the Vulnerability Detection and Cyber Incident and Cyberattack Response System (the “System”) subsystems.

This includes telecommunication and network equipment that boosts up the System’s capacities to detect and respond to abnormal activities within cyber defense targets’ communication networks, and enables collection and analysis of network telemetry in the information and communication systems used to oversee and manage automated process control systems of critical infrastructure facilities.

With this, the SSSCIP State Cyber Protection Center will enhance protection of critical infrastructure, making it possible to further increase Ukraine’s critical infrastructure resilience to cyberattacks.
