The State Cyber Protection Centre has expanded its cyber intelligence capabilities thanks to international technical assistance from the United Kingdom

20.04.2026

As part of international technical assistance, the State Cyber Protection Centre of the SSSCIP has gained access to modern cyber threat intelligence solutions that expand its capabilities in detecting, analyzing, and investigating cyber threats. The acquired tools strengthen the Centre's capacity to perform tasks related to the cyber protection of state information resources and critical information infrastructure facilities.

The assistance was provided within the framework of the "ISF Cyber Programme: Cyber Fortification and Enhanced Resilience (CYFER)" project, which is implemented with the support of the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland through the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and executed by DAI Global UK Ltd. The implementation of the project is aimed at strengthening the capacity of Ukrainian government agencies in detecting, neutralizing, and deterring malicious activities in cyberspace.

Thanks to the support provided, the State Cyber Protection Centre of the SSSCIP has gained access to the following platforms: DomainTools Iris Investigate, Google Threat Intelligence, and the Censys Platform.

The use of these solutions enables specialists from the State Cyber Protection Centre of the SSSCIP and the national computer emergency response team (CERT-UA) to more rapidly identify associated elements of malicious infrastructure, enrich indicators of compromise (IoCs), and improve the quality of cyber incident investigations.

The assistance received will contribute to increasing the efficiency of detecting and responding to cyber threats, strengthening the resilience of critical information infrastructure, and developing the capabilities of Ukraine's national cyber protection system.
